We finally visited Hurlbutt Designs, a loyal oomph supporter in Kennebunk, Maine this weekend and it was well worth the trip! We love exploring all the stores that carry us and we spend some time on the road doing just that. This store had the feel of a vacation home by the sea complete with a Fenwick Chart table featuring a chart of the local waters. We could imagine it's proud new owner spending hours tracing the islands they explored by boat on their handsome new chart table and plotting the course for the next picnic after they found an island they missed.
There was room after room of great vignettes perfect for the island cottage you've always wanted. If you haven't visited yet and are craving a lobster roll and clear, cold water, head downeast. We forgot just how much we loved it there. A'yup!
