ARE ITEMS IN STOCK?

Every piece is made to order. We have a firm 8 week lead time unless otherwise noted. Lanterns and Sconces are a firm 10 week lead time. As with all custom made pieces and small factories, every once in a while there can be unforeseen delays and we will keep you informed on any extensions in lead time.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LACQUER TABLE?

As with any fine piece of furniture, we ask that you care for oomph tables gently. To clean, use a gentle cloth with a little soap and water, or an ammonia-free cleaning product.

WHAT WATTAGE LIGHTBULBS CAN I USE FOR THE LANTERNS/SCONCES?

We recommend 40 watt lightbulbs for lanterns and sconces.

CAN OOMPH FURNITURE GO OUTSIDE?

With the exception of some of our lighting, we do not recommend oomph furniture going outside.

DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY?

Not at this time. However, you can order gift cards in specific increments on our site.

To qualify for Net pricing, accounts must have a valid resale certificate for a design or related enterprise.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Orders must be submitted via email to sales@oomphhome.com, via fax at 203-801-2020, or through the website at www.oomphhome.com. If you are sending your own order/PO, please be sure to include the following:
- Company name
- List of products being ordered with the quantity
- Ship To address and Final Destination address, if products are being shipped to a receiver.
- Please be sure to specify if this is a second home/vacation home and there is a specific delivery window. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.
- Any side marks or shipping specifications (including a phone number for the shipping destination)
- Payment information/credit card number and Billing Address.
- Payment in full is due at the time of order.
- Please note, some items must be sent to a receiver or require white glove delivery only Please be sure to include the final destination address as well.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your order, you will receive confirmation with the following information:
- Lead time on your products
- Quote for shipping to the address provided on the PO
- Please be sure to specify if this is a second home/vacation home and there is a specific delivery window. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.
- Every item is made to order and usually ships within 8 weeks; however, actual lead times can vary depending on a variety of factors. We provide estimated ship times for each product on the order information.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER

In order to process your order, please be sure your purchase order states shipping and payment information. Otherwise, we will send you a shipping agreement and/or credit card authorization form to complete. Orders cannot ship until all information has been provided and payment has been made in full.

Once we receive your completed forms, we will release your order for shipping. And when the carrier has picked up your item for delivery, we will email you available tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES NATIONWIDE (48 States)

Commercial Location Delivery (Store or Receiving Company):
- Items are delivered in a box and/or on a pallet
- Signature required
- If your business does not have a loading dock, please be sure to note this.

Residential Curbside Delivery:
- Items are delivered in a box/pallet. The box/pallet is dropped off on the curb (driveway, entry, etc.)
- Please be sure to specify if this is a second home/vacation home. A signature will be required at delivery.

Residential Small Package Ground
- Signature not necessarily required for delivery (Tini Tables, Trays, small accessories)

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

- Items are delivered inside, unwrapped, set-up in location, and packaging is removed.
- Unless otherwise noted, all white glove quotes will pertain to no higher than the first floor without the availability of an elevator and include 30 minutes of set up time.
- Cost must be quoted and based on destination and level of service requested.
- White glove orders cannot be partially shipped. Orders only ship when complete.
- If a COI is for the building is needed, please supply a sample form.
- Oomph ships Fedex Ground and Freight when possible.
- Shipments requiring ferry service, access to gated communities, and other special services are subject to additional fees, as charged by the freight.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP

On site pickup at our warehouse is available in Stratford, Connecticut and Hickory, North Carolina locations. Please call for pickup up hours and location information.

WAREHOUSING FEES

We are happy to hold shipment of your order for up to 2 weeks following the specified lead time. After that period of time a warehousing fee of $75/week will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments shipping overseas must be sent to a freight forwarder within the 48 states, previously arranged by the client.

PAYMENT POLICIES

For all sales, we accept all major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.

We do not hold credit card information on file.

We do not accept third party payments.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As every piece is made to order, all sales are final.

Any returns made are subject to review and:
- Are for credit only
- Must be shipped back at the customer’s expense
- Items must arrive in our warehouse in perfect condition AND in their original packaging.
- You may open and inspect an item; however, it must be re-packaged exactly the same way it was sent.
- A restocking fee of 20% of the merchandise value will be charged for all returns. EXCLUDES SAMPLE ROOM.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made to sales@oomphhome.com or by phone at 203-216-9848 within 48 hours of the order being placed. EXCLUDES SAMPLE ROOM ITEMS.

DAMAGES

Oomph has a developed a very thorough level of quality control which includes inspections at every point of production and packaging, which is amongst the best in the industry.

Nevertheless, problems occasionally do occur.

Upon receiving your shipment, please do the following:
- If you notice the box damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt the driver gives you to sign and notify driver of the damage.
- Inspect the product noting any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Contact the claim department via email at sales@oomphhome.com immediately.
- Please provide photos of all damage on the box, inside the box, and on the product itself.
- Keep the original packing materials. If the shipment is refused for damage, please state reason for refusal on delivery receipt and notify us at sales@oomphhome.com.
- Damage to sample room items cannot be replaced as they are one of a kind, but will be issued a full refund.
