ARE ITEMS IN STOCK?

Every piece is made to order. Please allow 20-24 weeks for all new orders. (This does not apply to OUTDOOR, FANS, items purchased on SAMPLE ROOM, pieces marked as QUICK SHIP) NOTE: THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSIT. As with all custom made pieces and small factories, every once in a while there can be unforeseen delays.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LACQUER TABLE?

As with any fine piece of furniture, we ask that you care for oomph tables gently. To clean, use a gentle cloth with a little soap and water, or an ammonia-free cleaning product.

WHAT WATTAGE LIGHTBULBS CAN I USE FOR THE LANTERNS/SCONCES?

We recommend 40 watt lightbulbs for lanterns and sconces.

CAN OOMPH FURNITURE GO OUTSIDE?

We recently launched an Outdoor Collection! If you are looking for exceptional (and fun!) outdoor tables, view the collection page. With the exception of some of our lighting, we do not recommend oomph standard furniture going outside.

Greenwich: Located in the center of Greenwich, Connecticut’s growing design district, our new showroom and retail shop welcomes everyone in search of a little oomph for the home! Shop our complete collection of furniture, lighting, and home accents, as well as a wide selection of curated accessories.

Dallas: Nestled in the Dallas Design Center, this mecca for all things fabric, furniture and beyond has been the perfect Southern home for oomph! Visit us alongside heritage fabric house, Quadrille, in Suite #650

NET PRICING

To qualify for Net pricing, accounts must have a valid resale certificate for a design or related enterprise.

PLACING YOUR ORDER

Orders must be submitted via email to sales@oomphhome.com, via fax at 203-801-2020, or through the website at www.oomphhome.com. If you are sending your own order/PO, please be sure to include the following:
• Company name
• List of products being ordered with the quantity
• Ship To address and sidemark if products are being shipped to a receiver.
• Please be sure to specify if this is a second home/vacation home and there is a specific delivery window. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.
• Payment in full is due at the time of order.
• Please note, that the custom color fee includes one strike-off per color. If a new color is chosen after receipt of the color strike-off, an additional $325 fee will be charged for a new color.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once we receive your order, you will receive confirmation with the following information:
• Lead time on your products
• Quote for shipping to the address provided on the PO
• Every item is made to order and actual lead times can vary depending on a variety of factors. We provide estimated ship times for each product on the order information.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Trade orders must be paid by credit card or check that is directly associated with the Trade Account.

For all sales, we accept all major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers.

Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.

We do not hold credit card information on file.

We do not accept third party payments.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made to sales@oomphhome.com or by phone at 203-216-9848 within 48 hours of the order being placed. EXCLUDES SAMPLE ROOM ITEMS.

oomph utilizes Fedex, Fedex Freight, and commercial carriers to make our standard deliveries.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY

• Residential deliveries are made via White Glove Delivery.
• White glove delivery includes bringing the shipment into the home, unwrapping, discarding packaging materials and placing your Oomph piece in the home where desired. PLEASE NOTE: Oversized items are subject to $100 fee for placement above the first floor. Each additional Floor is $100
• White glove orders cannot be partially shipped
• If a COI is required for the building, please supply the form to sales@oomphhome.com at time of purchase
• Shipments requiring ferry service, access to gated communities and other special services are subject to additional fees, as charged by the freight carrier
• Please inspect all items when they have been delivered. If there is any damage or issue with your delivery, please REFUSE IT. Customer Service will be in contact with next steps.

BUSINESS DELIVERY

• Business delivery must be to a receiver or a business with a loading dock
• Items are delivered in a box or a pallet
• Signature is required for delivery

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Shipments going overseas must be sent to a freight forwarder within the 48 States, previously arranged by the client.

DAMAGES

Upon receiving your shipment, please do the following:
•Please inspect all packaging and contents immediately. Please take clear photos and send in an email to Sales@oomphhome.com immediately. After 48 hours, oomph is no longer responsible for damages.
• Please provide photos of all damage on the box, inside the box, and on the product itself.
• Damage to sample room items cannot be replaced as they are one of a kind, but will be issued a full refund.

As every piece is made to order, all sales are final.

Any returns made are subject to review and:
• Are for oomph credit only
• Must be shipped back at the customer’s expense
• Items must arrive in our warehouse in perfect condition AND in their original packaging.
• You may open and inspect an item; however, it must be re-packaged exactly the same way it was sent.
• A restocking fee of 20% of the merchandise value will be charged for all returns.
